For David Purves, there is no such thing as a standard wedding dress: each gown is made-to-measure, unique in its shape, size and style.

David guides each bride through a unique process involving meticulous craftsmanship, bespoke design and an unrivalled attention to detail. Establishing a relationship of trust, throughout the fittings, David accompanies his brides in their choice, according to their personality, tastes and needs.

As both our brides and our team are dedicated to the highest standards of quality, all of our dresses are made in-house, directly in our atelier located in the heart of Paris.

About David Purves

David establishes his bridal couture house in 1995, following several Haute Couture experiences in London and Paris, working with John Galliano and Helmut Lang.

He continues to personally guide each customer in his boutique atelier on rue de Fleurus, just outside the Luxembourg Gardens, and advises them throughout their appointments.

He is also a founding member and president of the Signé Couture Paris federation, which defends and protects the values of French couture craftsmanship, guaranteeing quality under a label.

Our shop atelier

Located in the heart of the Left Bank, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, our Atelier is only a few steps from the Luxembourg Gardens.

Our designer David Purves advises each customer on the creation of her made-to-measure gown, by appointment only.

Choosing to keep all our production in the heart of Paris means ensuring irreproachable quality. All dresses are made on site by our team. Rolls of silk, Calais lace and ribbons are on hand to be sculpted, folded and pinned to the next creation.
